2. **We come back with a price** - We explain what we would build, what it will cost and how long it will take, in writing, before anything starts.
3. **You decide** - If it is worth it to you, say yes. If not, no hard feelings and nothing to pay. Sometimes a simpler option already included does the job.
4. **We build and look after it** - Once built, the feature is hosted, backed up and supported alongside the rest of your site, not bolted on and forgotten.
