The buyer picks an amount or a specific treatment, pays by card and gets a voucher by email with a unique code, ready to print or forward. You see every voucher sold and mark it off when it is used. It uses the same shop and card payments as our online shop, set up specifically for vouchers, so you do not need a separate voucher service. Gift vouchers can be added to Monthly or Own It, priced on your call, and come as standard on Pro.

## How it works

1. **We set up your vouchers** - Choose set amounts, specific treatments or both, and your expiry terms. We design the voucher to match your brand.
2. **Customers buy by card** - The buyer chooses a voucher, adds a personal message if they like, and pays through a secure checkout at any time of day.
3. **Sent instantly by email** - The voucher arrives by email with a unique code, so it can be printed, forwarded or saved on a phone as a last-minute present.
4. **Redeemed and ticked off** - When a customer brings a voucher in, you check the code and mark it as used, so the same voucher cannot be spent twice.
