Monthly changes means you never have to log in to anything to keep your site current. Put your prices up, start offering a new service, finish a job you are proud of - send us a WhatsApp with the details or the photos and we make the change. Every plan includes small changes each month: two on Monthly and Own It, and unlimited on Pro. A change is a small content or layout edit like new opening hours, a swapped photo, a new service added or a reworded paragraph. Redesigns and brand-new pages are quoted separately, and we tell you before we start.

## How it works

1. **Send us what you want changed** - A WhatsApp message, a voice note, a photo of a price list on the back of an invoice - whatever is easiest. We work out the rest.
2. **We write and make the change** - If the change needs wording, we write it in the same voice as the rest of your site. You do not have to draft anything.
3. **You get a link to check** - We send you the updated page so you can see it live. If something is not right, tell us and we tweak it.

## Why it matters

- **A site that never goes stale** - Out-of-date prices and a "latest work" section from three years ago make customers wonder if you are still trading. Regular small changes keep it looking alive.
- **No logins to forget** - You can use the editor if you want to, but you never have to. Plenty of our customers never log in at all.

### How many changes do I get each month?

The Monthly and Own It plans both include two small changes a month, and Pro includes unlimited changes, done the same working day. A change is a small content or layout edit such as new hours, a swapped photo or a new service.

### What happens if I need more changes than my plan includes?

Extra changes beyond your monthly allowance are quoted before we do them. You can also make edits yourself in the website editor at no cost.

### How quickly are changes made?

Most small changes are made within a working day or two of your message. If something is urgent, such as wrong opening hours over a bank holiday, tell us and we prioritise it.

### Do unused changes roll over?

No, unused changes do not roll over to the next month. They are there so your site stays current, not as credit to save up.
