An online shop lets customers buy from you at any hour: a bakery’s celebration cakes, a florist’s bouquets, a salon’s gift vouchers, a gym’s branded kit. Your website can include a shop, on any plan, with card payments, order confirmation emails and a catalogue with no limit on products, set up and written for you. Gift vouchers are especially useful for service businesses, because they bring in money before the work is done and bring new customers through the door. A shop can be added to Monthly or Own It, priced on your call, and comes as standard on Pro.

## How it works

1. **We add your products** - Send us photos, prices and a line about each product. We write the descriptions and build the catalogue, with no limit on the number of products.
2. **Customers pay by card** - Checkout takes card payments through a regulated payment provider. Money goes to your account, minus the provider’s standard processing fee.
3. **Order emails for both sides** - The customer gets a confirmation and you get an alert with the order details, whether that is delivery, collection or a voucher code.
4. **Vouchers sent automatically** - Gift vouchers can be emailed to the buyer with a unique code, which you check off when it is redeemed.

### Are there fees on each sale?

We do not take a cut of your sales. The card payment provider charges its own standard processing fee per transaction, which we explain before you launch.

### Can the shop manage my stock levels?

Basic stock counts per product are possible, but warehouse or stock-management system integrations are not included as standard. If you need one, we quote it separately.
