When customers book, buy and pay through your website, every payment is recorded. Revenue reporting turns those records into clear reports: how much came in each week or month, which services or products earned the most, and whether the customer found you through Google, a referral or a returning visit. You can export the figures as a spreadsheet and send them to your accountant or bookkeeper, instead of copying numbers across by hand. It covers money taken through your site; cash, bank transfers and card machine takings in person are not included unless you record them there. Revenue reporting can be added to any plan, priced on your call, and comes as standard on Pro.

## How it works

1. **Payments are recorded as they happen** - Every online booking, shop order, deposit and recurring payment taken through your site is logged with the date, amount, service and customer.
2. **Reports by week, service and source** - Choose a date range and see totals broken down by week or month, by service or product, and by where the customer came from.
3. **Refunds and fees shown clearly** - Refunds are taken off the totals and payment provider fees are shown separately, so the figures match what actually reaches your bank.
4. **Export for your accountant** - Download any report as a spreadsheet file that opens in Excel or Google Sheets and can be passed on to your accountant or bookkeeper.

### Which plan includes revenue reporting?

Any plan. Revenue reporting can be added to Monthly or Own It, priced on your call, and comes as standard on Pro. We tell you the price before any work starts.

### Does it replace my accounting software?

No. It reports on money taken through your website and exports it for your accountant. It does not do VAT returns, bookkeeping or payroll. Direct links into accounting software can be quoted separately.

### Does it include cash and card machine payments?

Only payments taken through your website are recorded automatically. If you want in-person takings in the same reports, we can add a simple way to log them, quoted separately.

### Can I see which services make the most money?

Yes. Reports can be split by service or product, so you can compare, for example, how much colour work brings in against cuts, or cakes against bread.
