Then you do not pay. You see your finished design on your phone and approve it before anything goes live, with two full rounds of changes included. Nothing launches until you are happy with it. In practice we show you the design early, change what you want changed, and only switch the site on once you are happy with it. ### What counts as a small change? Because we have built the process to be fast rather than because we cut corners. Most UK agencies quote thousands of pounds for a small business website, much of which pays for account managers, discovery workshops and offices. We have none of those, we design with modern tools that let one person do in days what used to take weeks, and we make our money over years of hosting rather than in one big invoice. ### When do I start paying?
