## About Sale

Sale is a leafy Trafford suburb on the Bridgewater Canal, linked to central Manchester by the Metrolink and full of Victorian villas, interwar semis and newer apartments. Affluent pockets like Brooklands sit alongside busier parts of Sale Moor, and many residents are young professionals and families with money to spend on their homes. Competition among trades is fierce, so reviews, clear pricing and naming Ashton upon Mersey, Brooklands and Sale Moor will help you win the enquiries.

## Nearby

The nearest towns in the same council area are Stretford (2 miles), Altrincham (3 miles) and Partington (4 miles). Across the boundary into the next council area, Salford (4 miles), Eccles (4 miles), Manchester (5 miles) and Stockport (7 miles) are also close. If you cover some of these and not others, the site should name the ones you do.

We are based in Exeter and work with Sale businesses remotely.

## Questions

### Do you actually work with businesses in this area?

Yes. We are based in Exeter and build websites for businesses right across the UK. The work is done remotely, by phone, WhatsApp and video call, and we will not pretend to have an office down the road from you.

### Does it matter that you are not local to me?

For building and looking after a website, no. Everything is done by phone, WhatsApp and video call, and you approve the design on your own phone before anything goes live. What does matter is local search visibility, and that depends on the site and your Google Business Profile being set up for your area, not on where we sit.

### How do I compete with bigger businesses in my area locally?

By being specific. A large regional firm usually has one page that covers everywhere; you can have a page about what you do in your town, naming the areas you cover and the jobs you do. Add a fast site and a fully completed Google Business Profile, and you are giving local searchers a clearer answer than a page written for the whole region.
