Good questions.
Do I have to be in?
No. Most customers give us a key, which is coded, never labelled with your address, and signed in and out of a locked safe.
What if my cleaner is off sick?
We tell you the day before at the latest and offer a covering cleaner who has read your notes, or a new date. Your choice.
Do you bring the products?
Yes, and the hoover and mop. If you would rather we used your own products, say so and we will.
Is there a contract?
No minimum term for domestic cleans. Pause or cancel with a week’s notice.
