A domestic and commercial cleaning company competing in a market where every competitor hides pricing behind "contact us for a quote" and every website uses the same stock photograph.

Brightwell is built around one framed window, like the launch of a new product. A large rounded lavender panel holds a looping Blender film of a clay spray bottle. Twice in each loop the trigger squeezes and a cloud of iridescent bubbles puffs out and drifts up. Each bubble swells, then pops into a ring of droplets. White tiles float around the bottle with the real prices on them (£44, £62 and £82 a visit) and a 'DBS checked' tile. The headline, 'Prices on the website, because you asked.', runs across the bottom of the window in soft, heavy Caprasimo. As you scroll, the window sinks back and the price tiles drift away. In the mint instant-price card, the price rolls up as you pick a size. The room-by-room checklist arrives as stacking cards that tuck behind one another. Be Vietnam Pro keeps the practical text clear. Cream, lavender, mint, butter and coral keep the page friendly without looking childish, and a violet accent marks the actions.

On the page
A memorable, calm first screen that says "clean" without another stock photo of a mop.
The prices competitors hide are the first thing a visitor reads.
A customer sees their exact per-visit price and can choose a start date without ringing anyone.
Setting expectations in writing prevents the disputes that lose regular customers.
Someone will hold the customer's keys, so DBS checks, references and trial cleans are the real selling point.
