Bramley & Son
A two-van plumbing and heating firm that gets most of its work from emergency call-outs but makes most of its money from bathroom installs.

A three-chair barbershop that currently runs entirely from a social profile, loses bookings to the phone going unanswered mid-cut, and cannot be found by anyone searching for a barber nearby.

A barbershop is chosen on atmosphere as much as price, so the page opens in the dark with one lit object: a barber's pole modelled and rendered in Blender, brass caps and glass tube, its cream and oxblood stripes climbing on an endless loop. A huge hairline IRON / CLAD in Josefin Sans splits around it, the second word drawn only in a brass outline, and the two halves pull apart as you scroll. The rest of the page reads like a dark men's magazine: Spectral serif headings with italic brass accents, numbered sections, photographs captioned as plates, and the three most-asked-for cuts laid out as spreads with chair time and price. Prices hang on a gilt-framed black-glass board with gold-leaf lettering and a slow light sweep across the glass. A cream "walk in, or book" section breaks the dark, then a book-a-chair picker, the hours and a find-us panel. Faint film grain sits over everything.
