Every price, before we set off.
Includes travel within Cardiff. Evenings are 6pm–10pm, nights 10pm–7am. No other charges.

02 How a lockout works
Will you drill my lock? Usually, no.

You ring. We quote.
Tell us the door, the lock and where you are. You hear the full price before anyone gets in the van.

We text when we set off.
Usually around 30 minutes across Cardiff. You get the locksmith’s name and the van’s registration, so you know who to expect.
- 03
We check you live there.
A driving licence, a bill or a neighbour who knows you. It takes a minute and protects you as much as anyone.
- 04
In, not through.
We pick or bypass the lock wherever it allows. If it has to be drilled, we say so first and fit a new cylinder there and then.

You do not know how many keys the last owner handed out. Lock changes and upgrades are booked calmly, at a time that suits you, from a written quote.
