A two-locksmith business in Cardiff doing emergency lockouts, lock changes after break-ins or house moves, and uPVC door repairs. Its biggest problem is that customers expect to be ripped off, because the search results are full of national call centres that quote one price and charge another.

Someone locked out of their house is stressed and expects to be overcharged, so this page is calm, ordered and specific. It is built on a strict Swiss grid: a white ground, ink type and one signal-red column that runs from the phone number in the nav down through the hero. The headline, "Locked out? We're 30 minutes away.", sits in its own column in Instrument Sans Bold and never touches the photo, which is held in a rounded frame beside it. The red column carries a "Nearest locksmith" status card, with a name, an arrival estimate and the agreed price, above the day, evening and night rates in large white figures. Every job is then listed in a plain prices table with no hidden extras, followed by four numbered steps, the two named locksmiths and a written-quote form for planned lock changes. One typeface and one accent colour keep the page urgent without shouting. A second, monospaced face (Fragment Mono) runs the labelling system, from section indexes and table heads to photo captions and arrival times, so the page reads like a well-kept job sheet. Lower down, huge numerals pace the four steps of a lockout, a close-up of a euro cylinder heads the lock-change quote form, and a red front door sits beside a table of typical arrival times for each part of Cardiff and the Vale.
