What we treat

Start from where it hurts.

People search for their symptom, not for “physiotherapy”. Scroll to walk through the body, region by region.

00 / 05

Five regions, one plan.

Back and neck pain, running injuries and rehab after surgery make up most of what we see. Scroll, and the body map will take you through each one.

How we work

Independent, as soon as possible.

  1. Step 01

    A plan on paper

You leave the first session knowing what is wrong, what to do at home and roughly how many sessions it should take.

  2. Step 02

    No endless courses

We aim to make you independent. If you do not need to come back, we will say so.

  3. Step 03

    Referred on if needed

If something needs a scan or a doctor, we write to your GP and tell you why.

Questions

Before you come in.

Do I need a GP referral?

No. You can book yourself in. If you are claiming on health insurance, your insurer may ask for a GP referral, so check with them first.

What should I wear?

Something you can move in, and shorts if it is a knee, hip or ankle problem. We have a private room and gowns if you prefer.

How many sessions will I need?

Most people need between two and five. You get an honest estimate at the end of your first appointment, on paper.

Can I cancel or move my appointment?

Yes, online or by phone, free of charge up to 24 hours before. Later than that, we charge half the fee.
