A private physiotherapy clinic with four physiotherapists and a small rehab gym, seeing a mix of back and neck pain, running injuries and post-operative rehab. Most patients self-refer after waiting for an NHS appointment, and many are funded by health insurance, but the site does not say whether it accepts their insurer or what an appointment costs.

Most patients come here after a long NHS wait, want to be seen quickly, and need to know the cost and whether their insurer is accepted. The whole first screen is a clinic app window on a soft dot grid. In the middle stands a 3D mannequin made in Blender, in ivory ceramic with teal ball joints, and red pain hotspots pulse on its neck, shoulder, lower back, hip, knee and Achilles. Hover a condition in the "Where does it hurt?" list and its joint lights up and labels itself. The headline, "See a physio this week, not in three months", sits on the left above a booking card showing the £70 assessment and the next slot, and a recovery chart draws itself on the right. Scrolling on, the page pins and the camera travels down the body region by region, from neck to lower back, shoulder, knee and ankle, while a card for each region explains what it treats and roughly how many sessions it takes. A week-view booking panel, the price list beside a dark insurance guide, and physio cards cropped to each specialist's region follow. Host Grotesk sets the type, with Martian Mono for clinical labels, in deep teal and navy with one warm red for pain.

Cost and availability are the first two things a self-referring patient checks.
Patients who are fed up with waiting can grab the soonest slot in a couple of taps.
Insured patients know how authorisation and any excess work before they book.
