Do you charge a call-out fee on top?+
No. The breakdown visit price covers the first hour on site and the diagnosis. If a part is needed, you get the price for it before it goes in.
How quickly can you get to me?+
We hold breakdown slots back every day, so most calls within our area are seen the same day or first thing the next morning. Vulnerable customers without heating go to the top of the list.
Can I check you are registered?+
Yes, and you should. Our Gas Safe number is on every page and on the engineer’s ID card. Check it on the Gas Safe Register before anyone works on your boiler, us included.
Is the new boiler price fixed?+
The questionnaire gives you a range. A short survey confirms the exact figure in writing, and that figure is what you pay unless something hidden turns up. If it does, we stop and tell you first.
