Bramley & Son
A two-van plumbing and heating firm that gets most of its work from emergency call-outs but makes most of its money from bathroom installs.

A two-engineer heating firm in mid Cornwall whose diary is a mix of annual services, winter breakdowns and a handful of boiler replacements a month. The replacements pay the bills, but the current site treats a £2,800 new boiler exactly like a £90 service, so nobody books either online.

Northgate is lit like a product launch, because warmth is the thing it sells. The hero is near-black with one object in it: a Blender flame core sealed in a glass capsule with brass collars, which glows brighter and dimmer on a slow eight-second loop. Behind and below it, the word WARMTH runs the full width in hairline Urbanist, lit from above and fading into the dark. The UI stays minimal, as on a premium product page: the breakdown promise and one call button on the left, four prices on the right, and a pill navigation between them. The National Gas Emergency number still sits above everything. As you read down the page, a thermostat dial on the right edge turns and its reading climbs from 14° to 23°. Below the hero, thin type and ember hairlines carry three front doors, a spec-sheet price list, a spotlit new-boiler finder and a service reminder.

A memorable, on-brand image of warmth that no stock photo of a boiler can give.
Quiet, playful proof of craft, and it ties the whole page to the promise of a warm house.
Tells a frightened customer the correct first call and shows the firm puts safety first.
Each is a different purchase with a different level of urgency, so each gets its own route.
