Who we help

Start with who you are, not what you need filing.

Three kinds of client, each with one fixed monthly fee. Find yours and you know what it costs before you ring.

Switching

Switching is easier than you think.

Fear of a messy handover keeps people with an accountant they don’t like. Here is the whole of your part.

  1. 1

    You write one email

We send you the wording. That is genuinely your whole job.

  2. 2

    We do the rest

Professional clearance, records handover, HMRC authorisation - all ours.

  3. 3

    No gap

We take over from your next filing deadline. Nothing gets missed in the middle.

Your whole job: about 10 minutes

The team

The people who will actually pick up.

A long relationship is bought from people, not a logo. You get a named manager and their direct line.

Questions

Things people ask before they switch.

Do you charge for phone calls or emails?

No. Your monthly fee covers questions, however many you have. We would rather you asked before doing something than after.

What if my business is bigger than the packages?

Then we quote a fixed monthly fee after a free consultation. It will still be fixed, and still written down before you commit.

Is there a minimum contract?

Twelve months for the first year, because the year-end work is where most of the effort goes. After that it is rolling monthly.

Can you work with me remotely?

Yes. About a third of our clients are outside Cambridgeshire. Everything runs on cloud bookkeeping software and video calls.
