Let regular customers log in, see their bookings and rebook

Customers log in to see their bookings, rebook in a couple of taps and keep their details up to date. Built for repeat-visit businesses.

How it works

Simple on your side. Handled on ours.

  1. Customers create an account

When they first book, customers can set up a login with their email address. Existing customers can be invited when your new site goes live.

  2. They see their bookings

The account shows what is coming up and what they have had before, so nobody needs to text you to ask when their next appointment is.

  3. Rebooking in a few taps

Customers pick their usual service again and choose a new time, without filling in all their details from scratch.

  4. They keep details current

Address, phone number, a note about the dog’s temperament or the key safe code - customers update it themselves and you see the change.

Why it matters

Regulars rebook more easily
The easier it is to book again, the more likely a customer is to do it straight away rather than meaning to and forgetting.
Less admin for you
Fewer "what time was I booked for?" messages, and fewer out-of-date phone numbers. Customers handle the simple stuff themselves.
A more professional feel
An account area makes a small business feel organised and established, which matters to people choosing who to trust with their home or pet.

Questions

Customer accounts: questions

Do customers have to create an account to book?
No, customers can usually book without an account if you prefer, and create one later. You choose whether an account is required.
Is customer data in accounts kept secure?
Yes, customer accounts are protected by secure logins and stored in your encrypted database, which is backed up daily. Customers only ever see their own details.
Which plan includes customer accounts?
Any plan. Customer accounts can be added to Monthly or Own It, priced on your call, and come as standard on Pro alongside live booking and card payments.
Can customers pay through their account?
Customers can pay deposits or full prices by card when they book, once card payments are added to your site. Memberships and recurring subscriptions can be added too, priced on your call.
